What to Order
  1. Test booklets and answer sheets are often sold in packages (see catalog listings for quantities). The minimum order for booklets and answer sheets is one package.
  2. All services should be specified with initial order to ensure prompt, correct shipment of materials. Requests for additional services that are received after completion of initial scoring and reporting are billed at catalog prices, plus a setup charge of $57.40 if the service can be provided with data on the master computer file. If the service requires reprocessing, then an additional charge, which varies by test, will be added to the setup charge. Note that answer sheets are only stored for 30 days after initial scoring.
