Hall Occupational Inventories

Form II

Form II contains 150 items and features an expanded Self-Interpretive Digest. The digest highlights the interplay of personal values, interests, abilities, occupational preferences, job concerns, future plans, and how the combination of these points affects career development. Form II is for use with junior high students to adults.

Items of Form II are referenced to six Interest Scales which have been referenced to more than 480 specific occupations listed in the Guide for Occupational Exploration (U.S. Dept. of Labor). Examinees can clarify their personal values and needs by using Worker Trait and Values/Needs Scales as they relate to work-style preferences and career satisfaction.

The Professional Manual available for Form II provides counseling strategies for small groups or individuals. In addition, it includes background information and validity/reliability studies of Form II.

Test are instruments which must be used with professional care. Therefore, their sale is restricted.
